Email Address: We collect your email address when you use our free analysis tool (via the email gate) or when you subscribe to our Pro plan. We use this to identify your account, send login links, and communicate important service updates.
Credit Report Data: When you upload a credit report PDF, the text content is extracted in your browser using client-side technology (pdf.js). The extracted text is sent to our analysis service for processing. We do not store your credit report data on our servers. All analysis is performed in real-time, and the report text is discarded immediately after processing.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Personal Information for Dispute Letters: If you choose to enter your name and address for auto-filling dispute letters, this information is stored locally on your device (in your browser's localStorage) and is never transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve our service.
We use your information solely for the following purposes: providing credit report analysis and dispute letter generation, processing your Pro subscription payments, sending magic link login emails to verify your identity, improving our service and user experience, and communicating important service updates or changes.
Your credit report is never stored. Here is exactly what happens when you upload a report:
1. Your PDF is read entirely in your browser — the file never leaves your device. 2. Text is extracted client-side using pdf.js. 3. The extracted text is sent via encrypted connection (TLS/SSL) to our analysis function. 4. Our AI analyzes the text and returns results. 5. The text is immediately discarded — we do not save, cache, or log your credit report content. 6. Results are displayed in your browser and optionally saved in your browser's session storage for convenience.
Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. When you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed directly by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Credit report text is processed using Anthropic's Claude AI API for analysis. Anthropic's API does not retain input data for training purposes. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Affiliate Partners: Our service includes links to third-party credit building and monitoring services including Kikoff, Ava Credit, and IdentityIQ. If you click these links and sign up, those companies' privacy policies apply. We may earn a commission from these referrals at no additional cost to you. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure serverless architecture with no persistent data storage, HMAC-signed authentication tokens for login, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing.
